This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Prometheus Games LLC ("Prometheus Games") regarding your use of the mobile game A Final Frontier and any related software, updates, content, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").
1. License Grant
Subject to this EULA, Prometheus Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
2. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Prometheus Games and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
3. Restrictions
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except to the extent expressly permitted by law.
- No copying, distribution, rental, lease, sale, or sublicense of the Software.
- No modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works.
- No use of unauthorized third-party software, cheats, bots, or automation.
- No removal of proprietary notices.
4. Updates
The Software may automatically download and install updates. Updates are subject to this EULA.
5. Virtual Items
The Software may include Virtual Items governed by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world value.
6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use and remove the Software from your devices.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMETHEUS GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
